Google Pixel Watch do not support standard phone and wireless Qi charging

Just like different smartwatches delivered by various companies are packaged with a charger, Pixel Watch by Google is also bundled with a tiny wireless charging kit.

But do you know that your Pixel Watch could not be charged other than its own charger? The information was shared directly from Google. In a statement to 9to5Google, it was clarified that Google Pixel Watch does not support Qi charging. In accordance with this clarification, you might think that your device is charging but in fact, it is discharging. The device is charger specific. It indicates that the device will only charge with the provided charger.

Therefore, to avoid future inconvenience it is better to charge your device with the provided charger only.
