Google Play Console Listing appears of Realme GT 2 Pro 5G Global Launch imminent

Earlier this month, Realme GT 2 series made its debut in China . Basically the Realme GT 2 series consists of two devices – Realme GT 2 and Realme GT 2 Pro. Recently, Madhav Sheth Realme CEO had confirmed that the Realme GT 2 series will launch soon in Global markets. Now, we have spotted the Realme GT 2 Pro 5G global variants at NBTC certification, Google Play console, and Geekbench benchmark database. Appearance on these websites does hint towards an imminent launch.

Realme GT 2 Pro Global with Android 12

The GT 2 Pro appeared on NBTC and Geekbench websites with model number RMX3301. The global variant of the GT 2 Pro scored 1250 points in the single-core round of the Geekbench 5 test. Whereas, in the multi-core round of the same test, it scored 3379 points.

Geekbench listing also confirms that the Realme GT 2 Pro Global variant will also be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. Also, the listing suggests that the company will launch a 12GB RAM variant in the global markets. The Realme GT 2 Pro will come pre-loaded with Android 12. But as usual, it will have the company’s proprietary skin – Realme UI 3.0 on top.

Realme GT 2 Pro technical details

The GT 2 Pro features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a Quad HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 1400nits peak brightness. It is an LTPO display panel and is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus layer.
Under the hood, the Realme GT 2 Pro packs an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor fabbed on Samsung’s 4nm process.

The handset comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The GT 2 Pro has a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP primary sensor with OIS support. Accompanying it is a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 150° field of view. There is also a 2MP macro camera on the device. For selfies and video calls, it offers a 32MP shooter. The handset is equipped with a 5000mAh battery unit and supports 65W fast charging. The Realme GT 2 Pro has already cleared BIS certification, so the India launch is definitely on cards.
