In the past, some rumors and reports indicated that the South Korean conglomerate Samsung could upgrade the RAM on its flagship devices. However, it appears like they were mere assumptions since a new rumor detailing the RAM variants of the high-end Galaxy S24 series has emerged.

We have some interesting information regarding the RAM details of the upcoming Galaxy S24 series. Well, the information comes from the tipster Ice Universe. According to the tipster, the Galaxy S24 will feature 8GB of RAM. It will be the only variant of the Galaxy S24. On the other hand, the Galaxy S24+ will be offered in both 8GB and 12GB RAM versions.

Interestingly, the high-end model of the series, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, will be available in three different variants, including the 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB options. Well, we have previously learned a lot about the 16GB RAM variant. TM Roh, the CEO of Samsung Mobile, is allegedly behind this, according to Ice Universe. There are no further details on which storage and RAM will be used. Possibly, we could see LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0. There are exceptions to this claim.
