HONOR Watch 4 Pro is official

The company has announced its latest smartwatch, parallel to its latest device, the Honor Magic V2. Although the classic launch of the Honor Watch 4 Pro has already happened in China,

Features of Honor Watch 4 Pro

Honor’s latest smartwatch came in with a stainless-steel body, two buttons, and compelling specs. There are two keys on the right side of the watch. The top button doubles the rotating crown, and the other one is just a button. The look of the watch is just like a simple watch with a round display. As it came in with a standard lug, you can connect any 22mm watch band with this device.

An e-sim support is added to the watch, along with an upgraded eight-channel high-sensitivity sensor. Other than that, a high-transparency module is also used that enhances the amount of light entering the heart rate sensor by 50%.

Honor Watch 4 Pro contains an LTPO AMOLED display

A round 1.75-inch display with a 464 × 464 resolution is employed. Given that it is an LTPO AMOLED panel, the refresh rate can be as low as 0.01 Hz. Here, we are looking at 310 PPI. The watch works with Android 9 or later and supports Bluetooth 5.2. By the way, iOS 11 and later releases are also supported, although the experience won’t be the same as on Android.

This watch has a plethora of sensors, including an air pressure sensor, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a geomagnetic sensor, an optical heart rate sensor, and more. The watch may be customized with more than 6,000 different watch faces.

Keep in mind that this includes all watch faces, not just those that are pre-installed on the watch and are accessible through the Honor app. To link this watch to your phone, you’ll need the Honor Health app, which is named after that.

Honor Watch 4 Pro features continuous heart rate monitoring and is 5 ATM rated

Heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, sleep tracking, and other features are all supported around-the-clock by the Honor Watch 4 Pro. Additionally, it is 5 ATM water resistant, allowing you to submerge it up to 50 meters. Additionally, GPS is included, and the watch has a long battery life. According to Honor, smart mode can provide up to 10 days of battery life, including LTE.

There are three color options for the Honor Watch 4 Pro: Black, Brown, and Dark Green. While the other two have leather watch bands, the first one has a silicone strap. Pre-orders for this watch begin at CNY1,599 ($218) in China, but it’s likely that it will be available everywhere.
