Huawei Mate 20 X 5G Version Will be Available in 4200mAh and 40W Fast Charging

Huawei unveiled its top-notch foldable smartphone Huawei Mate X as well as Mate 20 series in MWC 2019 in February in Barcelona. Huawei Mate X being the foldable smartphone has many selling points.

However, Huawei Mate 20 X 5G has yet to offer some key specifications, Yu Chengdong also revealed earlier that Mate 20 X will also come in 5G network support, this is what going to make it the best seller in the 5G category.

But adding 5G support is not that easy, Huawei has to reduce the battery capacity of the original specifications of Huawei Mate 20 X from 5000mAh battery to 4200mAh battery. While Huawei Mate 20 X will offer 5000mAh battery but the 5G version will only offer 4200mAh.

Huawei will also add 40W fast charging support in 5G version of Mate 20 X. Huawei Mate 20 X comes in 7.2-inch large display with a maximum of 8GB RAM along with Leica lens three-shot, the device runs on Kirin 980 chipset. According to the details, the phone is priced at 4,499 Yuan or $670.

Huawei will launch Mate X foldable in June, so you can expect that Huawei will launch 5G version of Mate 20 X little later than that it could be August or September 2019.
