It is confirmed by the Google spokesperson that Huawei Mate 30 will launch without the Google Apps & services. There will not be Android software and key services in the yet to launch Huawei Mate 30
The temporary reprieve that was announced by the U.S. government on Huawei products, ‘does not apply to new products such as the Mate 30’, as per Google.

Earlier the US Commerce Department granted a three-month extension period to Huawei to take action “necessary to provide service and support, including software updates or patches, to existing Huawei handsets that were available to the public on or before May 16, 2019.” But this is not applicable on Huawei Mate 30.
Richard Windsor an industry analyst said that “without Google Services, no one will buy the device.”
It is expected that Mate 30 will be announced anyway, however, it is not known when it will be available for sale. On September 18th, the launch of Huawei Mate 30 is expected in Germany. It is yet to be seen whether Huawei will stick to its plan of launching the phone on September 18th considering that Google has taken back its product and services from the phone.
Earlier we told our readers that Huawei is launching its own HarmonyOS platform and Google Maps alternative as well. However, HarmonyOS is not designed for smartphones and Huawei Maps will not be a user app, it’s just an underlying service. So yes, as of now, Huawei is in trouble.
