Huawei To Launch Nova SE 5G An Affordable 5G phone In April

Huawei is all set to launch a whole set of new devices by this April according to the latest report. Huawei is ready to launch Huawei Nova 7 5G, Nova 7 Pro 5G and Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G which is an affordable phone in 5G lineup.

Huawei has already launched Nova 7i smartphone in Malaysia but it’s not a 5G smartphone, this is actually an upgraded version of Huawei Nova 6 SE, but the real Nova series is coming to play this April according to a report on Weibo.

Huawei has also launched a rebranded Nova 6 SE phone in Europe which a different name, the device is called Huawei P40 Lite in Europe.

But today in a leak, it was revealed that Huawei will launch 3 new Nova phones with all having 5G supports. In an earlier post today the names of the devices were also revealed, Huawei will launch Nova 7 5G, Nova 7 SE 5G, and Nova 7 Pro 5G.

The phones will be carrying Kirin 990 5G SoC and OLED displays along with an in-display fingerprint sensor.  However, it is not clear that the above SoC will be included in all three devices.

Huawei Upgrades Nova 5 Pro To EMUI 10

The previous Nova 6 SE was a midrange 4G device with Kirin 810 processor, however, according to the leak, Huawei will also release a midrange 5G capable phone which is most probably Nova 7 SE 5G but the company currently doesn’t have any midrange 5G SoCs, it would be interesting to see whether Huawei is going to launch a new chip for midrange 5G devices or not. The company already has 5G flagship SoC Kirin 990 but in order to make midrange and affordable 5G smartphone, the company is likely to launch a new 5G SoC. We will be sneaking into the rumor mill to find out more information about the upcoming devices in the coming days.
