Id Software has made Quake Champions free to play forever

Id Software discharged Quake Champions out of beta and into Steam Early Access a year prior as a revival of its forerunners’ field shooter gameplay. Quake Champions was announced in 2016 as a modern-day update of id’s competitive first-person shooter franchise.
