Instagram will soon allow you to share stories directly on Facebook
Instagram is now testing its new feature which will allow users to share Instagram stories directly to Facebook. It was initially spotted by Matt Navarra, the feature is not new of its becoming reminiscent of the Snapchat platform, almost similar feature came to Facebook as well last year which was not really a success according to critics.
This feature might get success as Instagram users can post their stories directly to Facebook without doing it twice and be shuffling between the apps,
For testing purposes, Instagram has rolled it out for Portugal where it was spotted by Lisbon users. For Facebook, it looks like a win-win situation, Facebook will be able to get more content on the platform without making much of efforts, the same way Facebook is spreading its wings to fill the platform with articles content via instant articles. But Facebook is also offering monetization to publishers so they are satisfied that their content being shared directly on Facebook would be paid off.
