iQOO launched the iQOO Z5 today in China. The release was via a launch event where the company announced the device with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC.
This smartphone features a larger 6.67-inch FHD+ IPS LCD with the same 120Hz refresh rate. The front has a punch-hole cutout for the 16MP front camera. It has the same triple camera setup as the iQOO Z3 with a 64MP main Samsung GW3 sensor alongside an 8MP ultrawide shooter and a 2MP macro module.
The iQOO Z5 also features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC with three RAM/ROM options:
The unit has a powerful battery of 5,000mAH with charging support of 44W. The device runs Android 11 out of the box. The international units are expected to come with Funtouch OS 12 instead.
Moreover, this smartphone will also come with stereo speakers, a headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
