Reportedly, there are three puzzle games ‘Queens,’ ‘Crossclimb,’ and ‘Inference.’ It seems to be an inspiration from the overwhelming success of Wordle and other such games on the web. According to a LinkedIn representative, the goal of these playful activities is to “unlock a bit of fun, strengthen relationships, and spark conversations” among users.

Currently, there are no details about an official launch date. However, it seems like that these puzzles will be incorporated within the LinkedIn platform. There could be several possibilities with this move including a slight competition between companies that could be organized with the help of player scores by workplace. Well, this is an unexpected move.

Recently, we have observed that non-gaming platforms are slowly and gradually adopting the strategy to incorporate casual games on the platform in an effort to increase user engagement. Something similar was observed with Netflix recently. Following Netflix, now LinkedIn is adding games to its platform.
