New AI photo editing tool called ‘Imagen Editor’, introduced by Google

The last few years have been revolutionary in terms of the development of artificial intelligence. Many fields and platforms have implemented it on their platforms, making the users experience even better. AI has earned its place in text-to-image, DALL-E, and stable diffusion, changing the landscape of photography and image production. Like every other platform, Google also intends to introduce this technology to its various platforms. With the latest update, a new AI tool called Imagen Editor is being unveiled by Google. This latest tool will allow users to make specific modifications to images based on textual prompts. These prompts will not affect the remaining picture.

The latest way to edit your pictures

This latest feature is as simple as a few clicks away. All you need to do is upload an image, select the area you want to edit, and apply the changes you want to the selected area. As an example, if a user is selecting the body of a dog from a dog’s image, they might be suggesting a red spacesuit with a white star. The editor will apply the command to the selected area. Likewise, you can apply anything to any area of an image.

Other than that, users are able to erase unnecessary objects from the background of an image, just like they are able to do with Google’s object eraser. The Image Editor tool also allows you to change the color of the sky in a picture. The tool can change the sky into a more vivid and alluring shade of blue, enhancing the image’s depth and attractiveness. For example, if you take a photo of a sunset and want to increase its visual impact,

There is no set date for release

Although Google has decided not to make the Imagen Editor available to the public due to worries about responsible AI and bad actors potentially misusing it to change photographs, its capabilities have the potential to revolutionize the worlds of photography and photo editing. As a result, Google must follow strict procedures, like accurate image tagging and marking, while processing photographs through the program if it ever plans to make the service available to the public.
