New Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and Note 7 Pro offer 18 months warranty

Vice President of Xiaomi Group and general manager Redmi brand has unveiled the unboxing of upcoming Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 yesterday which indicates that both the smartphone Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro comes in 18 months long warranty.

This is another extra layer of security for users, the phone users which tend to keep the new smartphone for a year or 18 months now have a plus point reselling the phone which still has the warranty.

Most of the Chinese companies including Huawei and Oppo normally offer 12 months warranty on their handsets but Xiaomi has extended the warranty period on their new upcoming Redmi Note 7 Pro in order to build more confidence for its users.

Redmi Note 7 Pro Specifications

This is the second successful mobile phone launched by Redmi brand, the phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC along with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The phone also powers with 4000mAh battery.

The first 48-megapixels camera with Sony IMX586 lens in Redmi Note 7 Pro makes it standout among others.

Redmi Note 7 Specifications

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is the lighter version which features 6.2-inch display with 1520×720 pixels of resolution. It also comes in eight different colors including red, blue, black, white, green, pink, grey and purple.   The phone is equipped with Snapdragon 632 however, this is not confirmed yet, it offers 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM variants along with 16GB/32GB/64GB internal storage. It has the same battery capacity of 4000mAh as Redmi Note 7 pro. However, it lacks in camera department and offers 12MP+8MP dual rear camera and 8MP front selfie shooter. The phone will run on MIUI 10 and Android 9 Pie out of the box
