Nintendo Offers Cheap Bundle With Mario Kart 8 As Black Friday Deal

Just in time for Black Friday, Nintendo is putting a new Switch bundle on the shelves, which, in addition to the hybrid console with a classic LED display, includes the classic Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and a three-month Nintendo Online membership. The price is only 288 euros.

The Japanese company is using the run-up to Christmas and the currently ongoing Black Week to boost sales of the Nintendo Switch with a new package that is well priced. If you calculate the current prices for the included Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (42.99 euros) and Nintendo online access (7.99 euros) against the package price, the console within the new bundle costs less than 240 euros.

Great Black Friday Deal

This means that not only the console itself but also the entire Nintendo Switch bundle are below the prices currently called up by well-known online retailers, who also sell the console individually (approx. 290 euros) or in the recently introduced OLED version (approx. 360 euros) Euros). With a Metascore of 92 points, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is one of the best-rated games for the Nintendo console and, with over 38 million copies sold, also a bestseller, followed by Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (BotW).

In addition to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, the Nintendo Switch comes with a three-month membership for the Nintendo online service. This is not only required for online multiplayer but also enables various retro games (NES + SNES) and enables the cloud storage to be used for saved games. Using an expansion package, it is also possible to access other well-known Nintendo 64 (N64) and Sega Mega Drive games. The switch bundle is now available from retailers such as Media Markt, Saturn, and Amazon.
