Obi-Wan Kenobi is the most-watched Disney+ original series

Obi-Wan Kenobi is having a huge success on Disney+! The return of the Jedi Master, “as wise as Yoda and as powerful as Master Windu”, attracted many people. within a weekend, Obi-Wan became the most watched Disney+ series at launch. The official Star Wars Twitter account bragged about it. Obi-Wan Kenobi, the Jedi master who took Anakin Skywalker under his wing, is entitled to his own television series.

Determined to capitalize on the aura of Star Wars, Disney+ released the first two episodes of the series last week. The series received an excellent critical reception, despite some screenwriting facilities. Obi-Wan beats all other Disney+ series

The Star Wars series had an excellent launch on Disney+. Obi-Wan, therefore, outperforms previous Star Wars series broadcast on Disney+, such as The Mandalorian or The Book of Boba Fett.

The series worn by Ewan Mcgregor also visibly outperforms the Marvel series drawn Disney+, such as WandaVision, Loki or even Hawkeye. For the record, Loki has held the title of the most popular Disney+ series to date at launch. Previously it was WandaVision, the series featuring Scarlet Witch and Vision, and Falcon and the Winter Soldier. As a reminder, Disney+ will not wait until Friday, June 3rd to air the 3rd episode of the Obi-Wan series. The platform will put the sequel of the adventures of the Jedi online from Wednesday 1 June.
