OnePlus introduces OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock Limited Edition
Recently, OnePlus has been teasing a new iteration of the OnePlus 11, a version that incorporates new material. That particular variant, known as the OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock Limited Edition, was just unveiled. Reportedly, the company has introduced a smartphone in China with a unique new material. This variant is accompanied by a “unique” back cover texture. It is made out of 3D microcrystalline rock.
The back appears like wood. But it is not actually. The company declares that the new material is skin-friendly. In addition to this, it has several other properties it doesn’t pick up fingerprints, is wear-resistant, and is antibacterial. On the back, the camera island is enclosed by gold-colored aluminum. Furthermore, the smartphone is provided with a unique SIM card pin. It is actually a gold circle with a pattern embedded in it. This pattern represents the planet ‘Jupiter’, as depicted in the name of the smartphone.
The company has packed some goodies inside the retail box. These include some stickers and an invitation letter. Besides this, the company has provided a custom Jupiter Rock wallpaper on this smartphone.
OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock Limited Edition is provided with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 flash storage. The remaining specs are similar to the other OnePlus 11 models. OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock Limited Edition features a 6.7-inch QHD+ (3216 x 1440) LTPO3 Fluid AMOLED display. It comes with a 5,000mAh battery. It supports 100W wired charging. It is provided with an in-display fingerprint scanner and stereo speakers.
Additionally, the smartphone comes with two SIM card slots. It comes with Android 13 out of the box. on the back panel, the camera island consists of a 50MP main camera, a 48MP ultrawide unit, and a 32MP telephoto camera. On the front of the smartphone, a 16MP selfie camera is provided.
OnePlus has introduced it in China only
The OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock Limited Edition model is available for CNY4,899 ($711) in China. It is available at the same price tag as the regular model. In a few days, it will be available for sale. The company has not shared any details regarding the global launch.
