OnePlus is rolling out the second stable version of the OxygenOS 11 update for the OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T. This stable version is intended to fix several bugs and also brings the latest security patch.
In August this year OnePlus rolled out the first OxygenOS 11 stable update for the OnePlus 6 and 6T. The update came with an Android 11 update, a July 2021 security patch, and a handful of feature enhancements. However, it wasn’t enough for the series for users who faced battery drain issues besides other glitches. To address those issues, the company bring the latest software update the OxygenOS 11.1.1.1.
This software for the OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T is based on Android 11, fix the previous issues, and features the latest security patch i.e., September 2021 security patch.
