OPPO Might Bring its First Foldable Smartphone in the Coming Days

OPPO is likely to bring its first commercial folding device this year. Rumors suggest that this device would have some similarities with the Huawei Mate X2.

According to a tipster, this upcoming OPPO folding smartphone would have an inward foldable 120Hz OLED display, using advanced LTPO technology, with an external screen.

We heard from a tipster that this device could be termed OPPO Find Fold and OPPO Find X. We also heard that this device could come in the next few weeks.

According to another source, this device has a MediaTek MT6877V / ZA processor, which includes a Dimensity 900 chip containing eight computing cores – two ARM Cortex-A78 cores with a frequency of up to 2.4 GHz and six ARM Cortex-A55 cores with a frequency of up to 2.0 GHz. The processor also includes an ARM Mali-G68 MC4 graphics controller and a 5G SA / NSA modem. The device would be paired with at least one storage configuration of 8GB RAM, and it would run Android 11 out of the box.
