POCO X3 Pro, POCO M3, POCO M3 Pro Launch Gave POCO a New Growth

Xiaomi has not been very polite with its sub-brand POCO. POCO hit its first success in 2018 with the release of the Pocophone F1. The device came for less than $350 with a top-of-the-line chipset, the Snapdragon 845 SoC. But it was the end of an era for POCO when Xiaomi stopped focussing on it and diverted its focus towards Redmi. Xiaomi again looked back to POCO and released the POCO X2 in 2020. However, this smartphone did not get any attention. The company soon realized its mistake and released the POCO X3 series in September 2020.

The POCO X3 featured a large FHD+ display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and more features. The POCO X3 Pro featured a flagship-leveled Snapdragon 860 SoC.

This POCO X3 series saved the company and resulted in an 865% growth in Q2 of 2021 in India. The company is growing fast in the country. Earlier in Q1 2021, the company announced a 300% growth. The reason behind this growth included the POCO X3 Pro, POCO M3, and M3 Pro.
