Realme New Patent Shows Oval Camera Design And Periscope Lens

In recent years, the smartphone industry has developed rapidly. In order to attract consumers’ attention, major mobile phone manufacturers have written about the performance of their mobile phones. Various “large screen” configurations and unlimited stockpiling have dazzled consumers.

With different brands, similar configurations, and appearances, homogeneity has become a thorny issue for mobile phone manufacturers.

And realme seems to want to take the lead in solving this problem.

Recently, the appearance patent of a brand-new Realme model has been exposed on the Internet. It can be seen from the figure that the device adopts a flat-screen design with a very small aperture front lens in the upper left corner of the screen and a wider bottom frame.

In addition, the biggest highlight of the phone’s appearance is on the back of the phone. The rear camera module adopts a unique oval design with a total of 5 holes. The larger square hole is predicted to be a periscope lens, and the rest are flash, main camera, and two secondary camera lenses.

It is worth noting that, judging from the shape of the data interface at the bottom, the mainstream Type-C interface is not used, but the mainstream Micro USB2.0 interface is chosen.

Due to certain changes between the appearance patent drawings and the final model, the final appearance still needs to wait for more subsequent exposure.

At present, it has been known that the next-generation flagship of Realme will use the 5nm Snapdragon 875 processor.

It is reported that the Snapdragon 875 will be Qualcomm’s fastest, most powerful, and most energy-efficient 5G chipset. It is expected to adopt a “1+3+4” eight-core three-cluster architecture, where “1” is the super-large core Cortex X1. The chip will be officially released on December 1. Realme may be one of the first commercial Snapdragon 875 processors.
