However, sadly, the organization has now announced that the release has been postponed due to the nationwide lockdown imposed in the country to reduce the COVID-19 spread.

Samsung has notified its customers about the complete lockdown imposed by the Indian government via a notice on the Samsung Members app that it is “experiencing a slight delay” at its end to carry out One UI 2.0 updates in the region. Although Samsung has assured its customers that it is doing its utmost to deliver the updates as soon as possible, the duration of the delay is not revealed yet.

As the staff have noted at SamMobile, the list of devices scheduled to receive this month’s One UI 2.0 update includes the Galaxy A9 (2018), A8 Star, A10, A10s, A20, A30s, A70, A6, A6 +, Galaxy Fold and the Galaxy Tab S6. Although some of these devices are likely to receive the update to One UI 2.0 later this month, a few models may probably postpone the rollout. India’s lockout is set to end on May 3.
