The tech company Samsung begin releasing the One UI 5.1 updates for more Galaxy smartphones by the start of this week. It now appears that the company has decided to make the new release official. Since the Senior Executive of the Software Office mentioned in a press release that One UI 5.1 is a fresh example of how eager the company is to provide users with the latest innovations as early as possible.
The company introduced the One UI 5.1 with the Galaxy S23 series. But before official sales of S23 begin, the company rolled out the One UI 5.1 to other Galaxy smartphones. On the other hand, the official announcement indicates some of the unique features of the One UI 5.1. These features include:
The multi-control feature enables the users to share the mouse, trackpad, or keyboard of a Galaxy laptop to control the connected Galaxy smartphone or tablet. The feature is presented to smartphones based on One UI 5.1. In addition to this, it is available on tablets running One UI 4.1 or above. Similarly, the Galaxy Book laptops introduced in 2021 or later [Samsung Settings version 1.5 (Intel) or Samsung Settings version 3.3 (ARM)] also have support for this feature.
As of now, the company has introduced the One UI 5.1 updates for Galaxy S20 and S21 series, including Fan Edition variants, the Galaxy S22 lineup, and the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4.
