Samsung Expected to sell over 11 million units of Galaxy Note 8

Samsung is now talking about the popularity of Samsung Galaxy Note 8 which is unveiled last week. Samsung mobile Chief Koh Dong-Jin is comparing the performance of Samsung Galaxy Note 5 with Galaxy Note 8 now skipping the failure model Galaxy note 7.

However, Koh is quite positive about Galaxy Note 8 sales and said, the last Note banded smartphone Galaxy Note 5 sold over 11 million units, and Galaxy Note 8 is expected to sell more than that.

Keeping fears in mind, the company also said they are more focused on selling Galaxy S8 units and the target is to reach 48 million units, the device has already sold 15 percent more units than Galaxy S7.

Koh said the shipments could be adjusted for Note 8 because of the more focus on Galaxy S8, providing more room for adjustment and any unexpected debacle of the most expensive smartphone in the market.

Would Koh be able to kick-off more than 11 million units of Galaxy Note 8 is still in doubt in the eyes of many critics, based on previous Note performance, device prices, design & size the device may not be able to attract the desired sales target of the company.
