Samsung is working on a new device called the Galaxy A13 5G. Sources say it is a budget 5G phone, featuring a 50MP main camera and a 5,000 mAh battery. Not bad for a budget smartphone!
The same smartphone recently landed on Geekbench with the SM-A136U model number. The listing site gave this device a 465 score for the single-core and 1106 for the multi-core.
The listing site also confirmed the Galaxy A13 5G will feature the ARM MT6833V aka MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC paired with a 4GB RAM. The device will run Android 11 out of the box. It might get an update to the Android 12 OS later on.
According to GSM Arena, the Galaxy A13 5G will use Samsung’s own ISOCELL-JN1-50MP sensor on its main camera. This device might come in Q1 of 2022, which means we have plenty of time to explore this smartphone.
In the meanwhile, check out this list of Android devices expected to receive the Android 12 update.
