Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 is now highlighted regarding its battery capacity by the_tech_guy on Twitter, the leak suggests that Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 introduces a new dual-battery system which incorporates 2090mAh and 2275mAh batteries. Both batteries make a total of 4365mAh battery.
Earlier reports suggested that Galaxy Fold 2 will enter mass production soon and it is expected the device to show up in August. The earlier leaks also confirmed the screen size of the device 7.59-inch with 2213×1689 pixels of resolution along with a 120Hz refresh rate and S pen support.
The information comes from the recent Samsung’s additional battery certification, according to the_tech_guy, the company is going to use the dual-battery system in the upcoming phone.
The Galaxy Fold 2 will reportedly be a little larger, with the main screen measuring either 7.59-inches or 7.7-inches and the outer display coming in at 6.23-inches. The inner screen is expected to support a refresh rate of 120Hz, which will make it more power-hungry. However, that will likely be countered with the LTPO backplane technology, which will boost power efficiency by up to 20 percent.
