Samsung Health update brings “Sleep Scores” on Galaxy Watch 3

Samsung has scored again by releasing a Samsung Health update for the Galaxy Watch 3, which calculates “Sleep Scores.” This update is limited to Galaxy Watch 3 owners.

In this new Samsung Health update, the Galaxy Watch 3 will calculate Sleep Score just like Fitbit. In addition to this feature, the update also brings more new features, including better auto-workout detection.

The update has removed the second counter from AOD watch faces. However, the tweaks to Samsung Health may be the most notable.

Then there’s an update – “Together” – which allows users to track their progress and challenge their friends or family. This feature motivates the users to keep on working out.

The “Sleep Score” ranges between 1 and 100; the higher the score, the better your sleep was. Tracking your sleep helps improve your sleep routine and so your health.
