Samsung Galaxy M21 Prime Edition Spotted on Google Play Supported Devices List – The Release Could be Real Soon

A year earlier, Samsung released the Galaxy M21. The device came out with Samsung’s own Exynos 9611 with eight cores, a 6.4-inch AMOLED display, and a whopping 6000mAh battery. The company is re-releasing the same device. “Say what now?” I was also surprised when I first saw a post about the upcoming Galaxy M21. But then I realized it isn’t just Galaxy M21; it’s the new Galaxy M21 Prime Edition. It makes more sense, right? So without further ado, let’s see what this new device is bringing.

Recently, this new Galaxy M21 Prime Edition made it to the screens when it visited several certification websites, including Google Play Supported Devices list, Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), and Samsung India’s support page. This smartphone comes with model number SM-M215G. That gives an idea that Samsung could be releasing this device soon.

According to one tipster, this Galaxy device will come with Amazon Prime and other Amazon apps pre-installed, and users might get complimentary Amazon Prime membership

We couldn’t get many details on its specs and feature’s side, but we heard that this device is expected to come with similar specs as found on the original Galaxy M21. So, it’s better to review what the original one brought a year ago.

Samsung Galaxy M21 (2020) – Specifications

This smartphone can record 4K videos with the rear camera and full HD videos with the front camera.

On its powering side, we have Samsung’s Exynos 9611 chipset paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage and a microSD card to expand the storage by 512GB. This device also comes with a massive 6,000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. According to the company, this device can play up to 29 hours of videos or have 49 hours of talk time.

This Galaxy smartphone originally came with Android 10 on top of OneUI 2.0, this it got updated to Android 11. It weighs 188g with dimensions of 159.0 mm × 75.1 mm × 8.9 mm. it also has fingerprint sensor on the back and the device could be unlocked via face recognition.
