Samsung is bringing a smart home ecosystem at CES 2023

CES 2023 is approaching. Likewise, the announcements by Samsung regarding home appliances and smart TVs are becoming the news. Earlier today, the CEO JH Han of Samsung DX wrote an editorial. In this editorial post, future plans of the company were shared. It detailed what could be expected from the smart home ecosystem. It also indicated what could be anticipated given the CES 2023. CES 2023 is scheduled for January 4, 2023, at the Mandalay Bay Ballroom in Las Vegas, USA.

As per JH Han, the world is complicated, and it is acquiring rapid changes. That is why many people face uncertainties concerning the global economy. Besides all these challenges, Samsung aims to introduce eco-friendly products via its innovative tech. the South Korean firm is working to create and recognize sustainable innovations. Samsung’s theme for CES 2023 is going to be “Bringing Calm to Our Connected World.

A unique and extended SmartThings experience will be presented by Samsung. It will be based on the integration of smart homes with more security and seamlessness. Furthermore, the company declared that it is aimed at introducing comfy and easy ways for adding new products to a smart home. In addition to this, the firm is keen to provide its customers with more customized experiences based on its AI technologies rooted in usage patterns.

The company is putting its efforts to introduce a positive change in the environment via its innovative technologies like using abandoned fishing nets. These nets were utilized for the manufacturing of various components for Samsung devices. Additionally, Samsung has launched energy-saving products too. One such example is ultra-low-power semiconductors.

Samsung is working in collaboration with Asia Clean Energy Coalition (ACEC) and various NGOs to extend the use of renewable products. These recycled products are utilized for Samsung’s production factories across Asia. Samsung has also become a member of the SCC (Semiconductor Climate Consortium). It joined the SCC during the COP27 UN Climate Change Conference conducted in November 2022. It is looking forward to ways to reduce overall greenhouse gas emissions and support startups related to green technology.
