Samsung is recognized as Korea’s Most Admired Company

Samsung Electronics Service has been recognized as South Korea’s “Most Admired Business” in the electronics service sector for the 12th year in a row. On the list of the Most Admired Companies, Samsung came in the first place. The Korea Management Association Consultancy released a statement about it on March 7 (KMAC). The fact that Samsung has maintained its top spot since the survey’s inception in 2012 makes it an outstanding accomplishment.

Samsung Electronics Service is the company’s after-sales servicing arm. It received the ‘best company in the electronics service industry’ title. The title was awarded after a detailed analysis of several areas and facets of the company. Around 12,000 people participated in this survey. The participants were consumers, industry workers, and stock market analysts. Out of the 12 categories, Samsung scored the highest points in 11 categories. The categories include customer satisfaction, service innovation, and corporate reliability.

For sure, the strategies of the company have made it stand out from the crowd. Some of the best services of the company are as follows:

  • provision of a ‘mobile service center’ in remote locations
  • offering tailored and precise services true to the attributes of each product
  • employing dedicated engineers to solve complex issues of Samsung consumers
  • remote consultation

One thing to notice here is that the company provides the best after-sales services. In addition to this, the company has put some effort into the BS (Before Service). Given this strategy, products are managed in ideal conditions before the user complains about any inconvenience. Song Bong-Seop, CEO of Samsung Electronics Service, stated, “I sincerely thank our customers for choosing us as the No. 1 service center for 12 consecutive years.”
