Samsung Galaxy S21 Olympic Edition

Samsung has just announced the new Galaxy S21 5G Olympic Edition. As the name sounds, this smartphone is promoting the Olympic Games 2021 in Japan. It is essentially announced by Japanese carrier NTT DoCoMo on their website.

The new Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Olympic Games Edition has a new look – Phantom Blue color, a dark-blue matte finish, a gold-colored frame, and a gold back camera module.

We also expect some other changes, including its UI. The device has a new Olympic Games wallpaper. We can also expect an Olympic theme and other wallpapers inspired by the games.

Apparently, there are no other changes. This Galaxy S21 5G Olympic Edition has all the previous specifications we first witnessed in the Galaxy S21. It would have a 6.2-inch FullHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by a Snapdragon 888 processor, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage.

On the backside, we still expect a triple-camera system with a 12MP main camera, 64MP telephoto camera, and a 12MP ultrawide sensor. The device will get a similar battery, i.e., a 4,000mAh with 25W fast wired charging and 15W fast wireless charging.

It is stated that this new Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Olympic Games Edition should come before the start date of the games – July 23 and would be limited only to the Japanese smartphone market.
