Samsung joins hands with NAVER to develop highly optimized chips for Hyperscale AI processing

The collaboration will work out on building semiconductor chips optimized for hyperscale AI models. This is quite an opportunity-grabbing move by Samsung. The partnership is expected to power the advanced products of Samsung like computational storage [SmartSSD], PIM [Processor In Memory], CXL [Comput Express Link], and PNM [Processing Near Memory].
