SGE by Google is now available in India and Japan
The tech giant Google debuted the Search Generative Experience (SGE) in May. Initially, it was rolled out to US users. As per some recent pieces of information, the company is now expanding the feature. Notably, it is ready to be rolled out to users in India and Japan. Google also provided early user research demonstrating that SGE is particularly popular with young people.
Users can access Google SGE via the Search Labs opt-in. It is available in both English and Hindi to overcome the language barrier. Users can select their preferred language from the language button. Furthermore, users can benefit from voice input and verbal responses. Ads for The Search Generative Experience (SGE) are currently running in both Japan and India.
Google SGE is popular among youth
According to Google, the feature will roll out to other regions soon. A carousel of “relevant web pages” is opened using the chevron symbol. In particular, the functionality will soon be available in Japan and India. The results from Google’s research, SGE, indicate that SGE is most popular among users in the 18–24 age range.
Because it generates fascinating research and new opportunities for Google to be useful by posing questions, this group is crucial for features like SGE. Google has observed that users view SGE favorably because it allows them to browse the web quickly and access a variety of sources. The answers that are generated by AI include arrows that point to a drop-down menu. By clicking the menus, users can get access to sources and websites from which the information was collected.
