Some leaked information about Vivo X90 Pro

X90 series by Vivo is expected to roll out by the end of the following year.

Recently, Vivo shared some of the images captured with the 1-inch camera sensor. This 1-inch camera sensor is indicated to be included in the new flagship smartphone. With this information, some other specs of the new device have been leaked. The leaked information is coming from the source TechGoing, so the accuracy of the information is not clear.

The current information about Vivo X90 Pro indicates some of the amazing internal features. According to the source, the new smartphone will feature the following:

  • QHD+ resolution
  • a 6.78-inch Samsung E6 AMOLED display
  • a 1440Hz high-frequency eye protection dimming chip [LTPO panel]
  • Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC

Talking about the cameras of the new smartphone by Vivo, we come to know that it is going to offer a lot. The smartphone will feature the following camera specs:

  • 50-megapixel main camera with Sony’s IMX989V sensor
  • 48-megapixel ultrawide camera with IMX598 sensor by Sony
  • a 50-megapixel portrait camera with a Sony IMX578 sensor
  • 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera

The telephoto camera is equipped with an OmniVision OV64A sensor, 3.5x optical zoom, and 10x hybrid zoom. It is to be noted here that the 1-inch sensor looks similar to Xiaomi 12S Ultra. The V in the name of the sensor suggests some of its updates relevant to the Vivo X90 Pro.

Additionally, the Vivo V2 ISP will also be a part of the latest Vivo X90 Pro.

Furthermore, LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 flash storage are also reported to be part of the latest flagship. In comparison, other flagships are offering LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 flash storage. In addition, the news from the source indicates that Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro will be based on MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC.

The initial leaks suggest that the flagship smartphone is truly compelling. Yet we have to wait for the official announcements and launch.
