Suzuki Swift Sports Car 2018 Revealed

When Suzuki launched its third generation of Suzuki Swift, there was loads of innovation and modern touch seen in the car since the start of Swift models a decade ago. Better design, with some exciting new features, made the new Swift stand out. Now Suzuki has revealed the sports model of its new generation Swift car.

Now the features of Swift Sports car are aggressive as well a little controlled in some aspects.  Also, some additional features are added to add uniqueness to the sports car.

The front of the car has sharply pointed headlights along with daytime running lights, better front bumper, and front lip spoiler. At the rear end, there is bigger roof spoiler, double exhaust tips and a broader rear bumper and diffuser.

Suzuki Chief Engineer Masao Kobori said, “We know that our customers value a dynamic driving experience above everything else, so for the third-generation Swift Sport our development concept was ultimate driving excitement, our team had hundreds of new design and engineering ideas, but these ideas only made it off the drawing board if they added performance and emotion.”

The engine of the sports car is 1.4-liter BoosterJet turbocharged. It makes 138bhp and 169 lb-ft of torque. The car has an extremely lightweight of 975kg that in comparison to Ford Fiesta ST is 250 kg lighter.

The inside of the car displays semi-bucket seats with a D shaped steering and completely new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The safety features part of Swift Sports car are advanced forward detection, dual sensor brake support, lane departure warning, six airbags, an emergency stop signal and much more. The price of the car expected is Rs 22 lac.
