Tesla electric car catches fire in California without any accident [Video]
Actor Mary McCormack has shared a video on social media of her husband’s Tesla car going up in flames while in a traffic in California. The fire flames were shooting out underneath the car standing on the side of the road.
Marry said the fire was not a result of any accident happened to the car or any negligence that could break out the fire, but the incident came ‘out of the blue’. Her spouse is a British Director Michael Morris, which is the former director of the Old Vic theatre famous for producing episodes of hit Netflix shows including 13 Reasons Why, Kingdom and Bloodline.
Marry also indicated that the electric car wasn’t set on autopilot. Sheriff’s Lieutenant William Nash confirmed that on Saturday deputies saw smoke shooting out of the electric car which soon converted to fire, deputies, call firefighters for help who immediately put down the flames.
Tesla said, “it is an extraordinarily usual occurrence” and the company is investigating the issue. Nash told the driver to get out of the car immediately, no injuries were reported because of the incident, Nash said the fire could be the reason of faulty battery log entry cited.
