the Galaxy A53 is coming soon with a soft recharge

Certified in China by the CCC, the Samsung Galaxy A53 is on its launch pad. This Chinese certification nevertheless tells us that the device will probably be satisfied with a soft recharge, limited to a 15-W charger.

Recently certified by the CCC (the certification body for the Chinese market), the Galaxy A53 would be limited to a rather slow recharge. According to data from the CCC, the device would be satisfied with a 15W charger, the same as that provided last year on the Galaxy A52. As reminded GSMArena, the Galaxy A52, A52 5G and A52s 5G indeed came with a 15W block, but supported 25W fast charging. It will logically be the same with the Galaxy A53 this year. In other words, the recharging offered by default will be slow, but it will always be possible to go faster by using a more powerful charger… sold separately.

supply-side service minimum?

If this is confirmed, Samsung will therefore remain a notch behind the competition by persisting in providing a modest 15W charger with its mid-range smartphone, expected in France at around 350-400 euros. For barely more, the OnePlus Nord 2 has, for example, a 65W fast charging technology allowing you to refuel in about 30 minutes on the mains. To a lesser extent, the Xiaomi Poco F3 for its part comes with a 33W charger sufficient to regain a little over 50% autonomy in half an hour.

The Galaxy A53, whose design should remain more or less the same as its predecessor, remains quite mysterious. We know for the moment that it will be 5G compatible, that it will probably skip a jack, and that it will ship a main 64 Mpx photo sensor as well as a Full HD AMOLED 120 Hz screen. should finally find an Exynos 1200 processor coupled with at least 6 GB of RAM, and a fingerprint reader housed under the screen.
