The new Redmi gaming smartphone may have physical buttons

Redmi is prepping for its first gaming smartphone to come with physical buttons. Lu Weibing, President of Xiaomi Group China and General Manager of the Redmi brand, is also eager to show the new device.

The device is said to come with MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 1200 processor, 5000 mAh battery, and support for 65 W fast charging, capable of fully recharge the battery in just half an hour.

On the display side, the Redmi for gaming will receive a flat OLED screen with a tiny hole for the front camera.

Moreover, it suspected that the Redmi gaming smartphone would get additional hardware keys at the end and is said to have a price of around $300.

About Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 PRO

Xiaomi Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro were released in China at the start of March 2021. The first batch of 300,000 Redmi K40 was sold out in just 5 minutes, as claimed by the company. And now the company said it had sold a million units in just 23 days.

In the bigger market, the Redmi K40 is released under the name Poco F3 and will start its sale in the next few days.
