The Sony Xperia 1 V is now available in the US market

Until now, Sony had provided US consumers with the option of pre-ordering the Sony Xperia 1 V. However, some recent pieces of information suggest that the smartphone is now available for open sale in the region. If we have a look at the smartphone offerings from Sony, then we come to know that the Xperia 1 V is the most powerful smartphone offered by the company. The company unveiled the smartphone in May 2023. Comparatively, the company has taken longer to introduce the latest smartphone in the US market.  

You might be wondering about the price of the Xperia 1 V. Well, the smartphone is priced at $1,400 in the US. The company is offering a single variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage option. Users can purchase the smartphone from either Sony or Amazon. When it comes to the specs of the Xperia 1 V, the device is quite powerful. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, the most powerful processor introduced by Qualcomm. Besides this, the smartphone features a 4K display. It includes a 6.5-inch 120Hz OLED display with a 3840 x 1440 resolution.

The smartphone is fueled by a battery of 5,000 mAh with support for 30W wired charging. Besides this, the smartphone also supports reverse wireless and wireless charging as well. However, they are not quite a fast mode of charging. It comes with Android 13 pre-installed.
