Nintendo publishes an extended version of Super Mario Party Jamboree for Switch 2. The modi jubilee and Bowser stage are new. An overview trailer now shows which changes the game has.
First of all, the new version with the somewhat bulky title Super Mario Party Jamboree – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV contains all content from Super Mario Party Jamboree for Switch 1. In the new Mario Party mode, players can now also bring themselves into play or at least their face and see the faces of the other participants. The prerequisite for this is a compatible camera connected to the Switch 2.
In the new 2 VS 2 team matches, two players can work together and collect even more stars and coins with teamwork. With the new joint cube, even twice can be rolled. The new flash mode, on the other hand, promises quick fun in just five laps. On the new Bowser stage, players become stage stars: Bowser is to be convinced by their own show talent with mini-games, in which the focus is primarily on sound and movement. The mode also uses the camera connected to the Switch 2.
In the new cheers, the Joy-Con 2 is used in mouse mode to shoot flying opponents on five different tracks while driving. In addition, there are 20 new mini -games that support mouse mode, the improved vibration function, the integrated microphone and the camera. The Super Mario Party Jamboree – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition will be released on July 24, 2025 for the Nintendo Switch 2. If you already have the game for Switch 1, you can use a discounted upgrade pack.
