“Top Results” is now added to the Gmail for Android Search

Gmail is getting a new feature on its platform named “Top Results”. This feature will be available in the search bar. As the name suggests, this feature will help you find the messages you’re looking for through its search bar.

This feature will work when you are searching for a specific email; multiple results will be displayed based on multiple aspects and will be placed at the top of your search list. These search results are labelled “top results,” and you should try not to miss them.

This feature works with machine models that match your keywords for search with the most recent emails. But as Google explained, other features can also be used to generate results. This new feature will be included in all the results in Mail; the difference is just that it’ll be under this new tab from now on.

Gmail’s new feature is already rolling out

Gmail’s new feature The top result is rolling out as this feature will prove to be kind of helpful, so in accordance with that, you don’t have to wait much longer for it to be available as it’s already in the process of rolling out. This latest feature will be available for both workspace accounts and Gmail accounts.

However, it can take up to two weeks before it’s fully available for everyone. As it’s not available on any of the accounts just yet. As per information via Google, this feature has been in demand for quite some time, and it’ll now be finally available to users.

Admins won’t need to enable this functionality for workspace accounts because there is no admin control over it. Once it has been rolled out to your app, it should just begin functioning. Whether or not it is a personal account, you also don’t need to bother about turning on a toggle or anything like that.
