UET Peshawar and KPOGCL to undergo an MoU to establish Jurassic-Geo Lab, discovering new petroleum reservoirs
On Wednesday, the UET Peshawar and KPOGCL signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a state of the art facility; Jurassic-Geo Lab.
The main aim of this lab is to serve the nation and grow its economy by discovering new petroleum reservoirs and purifying, spreading, and utilization the source found. The MoU aims to focus initially in KPK and give it a whole new appearance.

University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Peshawar and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Oil and Gas Company Limited would use high-tech equipment to process their new plan which requires huge funding. However, the Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Energy of UET Peshawar is a USAID-funded project. And the project is hoped to be a success as it would benefit both the people of Pakistan and its economy.
The MoU was signed by Raziuddin CEO KPOGCL and Engr Prof Dr. Noor Muhammad Khan Vice Chancellor UET Peshawar. Raziuddin was excited to be a part of the project and proudly mentioned that the project is a real depiction of the knowledge.
Engr Prof Dr. Noor Muhammad was also of the same opinion. He is now to lead a team of experts working on the new project. With this great joint venture between UET Peshawar and KPOGCL, KPK is likely to strengthen its own economy and value and so would do the same to Pakistan.
