Vivo has launched the Vivo Y12G in India. The company would release the smartphone in the country on August 31st for price fans were not expecting.
As always, it is hard for smartphone fans to hide anything from their relevant fanbase and they had to spit out everything they know or expect from a soon-to-come smartphone. Similar is the case with this Vivo Y12G. But today, it’s official.
According to Vivo, the Vivo Y12G will come for INR 10,999 ($148). This is the price of the base variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. The upper variant comes for INR 13,990 ($188) with 3GB RAM and 64GB ROM. The device will be available in two colorways – Glacier Blue and Phantom Black.
Interestingly, that isn’t the retail price of the device. The company is selling the device at a lower price for the introductory period. The actual retail price of the base-level variant is INR 14,999 ($202).
Now to its specifications. The Vivo Y121G comes with a 6.51-inch Halo FullView display with an HD+ resolution of 1600×720 pixels. At the front, we have an 8MP shooter for selfies and video calling and a dual-camera setup at the back with a 13MP main camera and a 2MP depth unit.
