WhatsApp Business Gets QR Code and Much More

WhatsApp has revealed its latest tools to assist the businesses. As we all are fully aware that the coronavirus pandemic has affected all and has made it difficult for the businesses to connect with their customers. The new features that WhatsApp Business is to get would be strengthening its Business users’ ability to connect with their customers. The users would now be able to share the QR codes permitting people to immediately start a WhatsApp conversation with the business.

The new features would assist WhatsApp Business accounts to connect easily with their respective customers. Furthermore, they would be able to show that the businesses are back and operating with the help of the stickers.

As stated by WhatsApp in one of its blog post, for making it easier for people to explore and find the products, they are making catalogs and individual items available to be shared as links on the websites, Instagram, Facebook and elsewhere. It further read that if people want to share a catalog or some item they find with their friends and family, they could simply just copy the link and send it on WhatsApp or other places too.

WhatsApp Business is the best choice for businesses, through this tool, the businesses are able to manage their presence on the messaging application and it is designed with some amazing features like the away messages, Business profiles and the greeting messages.
