Windows app is now available for iPhones, iPads, Macs, and the web

Windows App is a new app from Microsoft that works with iOS, macOS, and iPadOS. This platform is also accessible via the company’s website, which may be viewed with any web browser.

What does a Windows app perform, then?

In other words, it gives you access to Microsoft Dev Box, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Services, and Remote PC.

With a Windows App, you can use a web browser, a MacBook, iPad, iPhone, or a remote PC to access the Windows operating system. For instance, if you are a subscriber to Windows 365, a cloud PC service, you may use the recently released app to access the Windows 11 operating system on your device from the cloud, providing you with anytime, anywhere access to the cloud PC.

The Windows app is now in beta testing, and Test Flight can be used to access it on Apple devices. The release date of the app’s stable version has not been announced by Microsoft. According to reports, the Windows App is currently unavailable for individuals and is only accessible with business accounts. That is anticipated to change soon, though.

In a similar vein, Windows 365 is exclusively accessible to companies and corporations. With the release of the Windows App, the firm may be able to make Windows 365 available to the public. This would enable anyone to use Windows 11 on a non-Windows laptop, tablet, or smartphone without having to purchase hardware to run the operating system.
