Xiaomi 14 series will be launched globally

The CEO of the company has announced that the Xiaomi 14 series will go on sale worldwide. Lei Jun announced the information on X. But that’s all he disclosed, so we’re not sure when to anticipate the devices.

Xiaomi 14 series will debut worldwide

Xiaomi revealed the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro yesterday, as many of you are aware. The debut ceremony, intended primarily for the Chinese market, was held in China. Given that these two smartphones arrived far sooner than their predecessors, the worldwide launch may also be accelerated.

The Xiaomi 13 series made its global debut in February of this year, having first debuted in China in December of last year. Xiaomi needed about two months to release the gadgets.

This time, Xiaomi may release them right at the end of December, but it’s more likely that the business will hold off until February. For them to debut during or close to MWC (Mobile World Congress). But that’s just a wild guess.

These are the original Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC cellphones

The first smartphones that use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 are the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro. Since Qualcomm had made the chip public a few days prior, Xiaomi moved quickly upon launch.

These two phones also feature the brightest screens available on the market, along with the latest Leica Summilux lens on the rear. Given that both screens on the Xiaomi 14 series have brightness levels of up to 3,000 nits, Xiaomi was able to outperform the panels on the OnePlus Open.

Overall, the two phones have incredibly potent specs. These consist of LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.0 flash storage, 50W wireless charging, charging up to 120W, and much more. They also withstand dust and wetness. There was no unveiling of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra yesterday. Next year, that phone will probably be released at a different event.
