Xiaomi has just recently cleared the 3C certification in China with a 5G smartphone which employs 120W fast charging. According to the certification details the 5G device is M2007J1SC and the charger carries the model number MDY-12-ED.
Xiaomi has previously cleared 3C certification for only 120W fast charger a few weeks ago, now the company has certified the 5G smartphone with this charging support.
Xiaomi is expected to use 120W fast charging support in its upcoming 5G devices, currently, it is not clear which specific models will offer 120W charging. The upcoming devices could be Xiaomi Mi 10 and Redmi Note 9 series but nothing can be said with solidarity at this moment.
