Xiaomi and Redmi Prepping to Release the Mi 12 and K50 Series

Xiaomi and its sub-brand Redmi are prepping up to bring out two more series this year – the Redmi K50 series and Xiaomi Mi 12.

The Redmi K50 series will have three models. One of them is expected to come with the Snapdragon 888 SoC, while the other two will come with the Snapdragon 898 SoC. The latter is equipped with a three-cluster CPU – Cortex-X2 core + Cortex-A710 core + Cortex-A510 core. 

One of the three devices might come with fast charging support of up to 100W.

The higher-end model from the K50 series is also expected to feature a 108MP main camera, while the other two could come with a 48MP main camera.

We also heard that the Xiaomi Mi 12 could come with the Snapdragon 898 SoC.

Nothing is 100% certain. These are all rumors. We just have to wait for some more leaks and the company’s hints to be certain of what the two series would bring.
