Xiaomi Band 8 will debut along with the Xiaomi 13 Ultra

On April 18, the Xiaomi Band 8 and Xiaomi 13 Ultra will go on sale. The next foldable’s design has also been verified by the company. On its official website in China, Xiaomi posted a picture of the device. The company has shared different images of Band 8. These images reveal quite a lot of details about the device.

Some models of the Band 8 feature a metal strap while others feature a leather one. The images unveil that the device will be introduced in two completely different designs. One design iteration will showcase the standard smartwatch lugs. Whereas the other will feature a U-shaped attachment. Users can attach particular kinds of straps or carabiners to these.

It is expected that the U-shaped band will be targeted at female users. The images indicate that Band 8 will feature a color display. There is no physical button shown in the pictures shared by the company. However, it could be there but hidden from our sight.

In addition to this, some speculations indicate that the Xiaomi Band 8 will be quite affordable, similar to its ancestors. Band 8 will accompany the regular as well as the Pro models. Where the two are differentiated based on the built-in GPS functionality, and probably even design, as was the case last year.

Some other features like blood oxygen monitoring, all-day heart rate tracking, and Sleep tracking will also be a part of Band 8. More information will pour in on April 18. It is expected that the fitness band will be initially introduced in China, followed by its arrival in the global market later on.
