recently published the 2022 Fortune Global 500 list a list of the 500 most valuable companies in the world in the current year and Xiaomi reappeared in it for the fourth consecutive year. Specifically, the Xiaomi group ranked 266th in said ranking, which means that the Chinese firm has climbed 72 positions compared to last year and 200 positions since entering this classification for the first time in 2019.
The Xiaomi 12 was one of the Chinese firm’s best-selling terminals in the first quarter of 2022. The Chinese giant appeared for the first time on this list in 2019, ranking ranked 468 and since then I have not stopped climbing steps in this ranking, in 2020 it was ranked 422 and last year it was ranked 338.
The Xiaomi group has achieved this milestone thanks to total revenue in 2021 of 328.3 billion yuan, about 47,700 million euros which represents a year-on-year growth of 33.5%, and an adjusted net profit of 22 billion yuan, about 3,200 million euros leading to a year-on-year increase in 69.5%.
