Xiaomi Launches Redmi Note 9 Pro Max In India

Xiaomi has officially announced Redmi Note 9 Pro Max in India during its online conference held today.

The device is an upgraded Redmi Note lineup which the company calls “Aura Balance Design” an improved version of Aura design which was introduced last year. Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is one of the best budget phones devices released by Redmi.

The device features a punch-hole center-aligned 6.67-inch IPS LCD Screen which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 with a 20:9 aspect ratio. It is also the first Redmi device that comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The new Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor powers the device, the device also comes in 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. The storage is also expandable via a dedicated MicroSD card up to 512GB.

The phone features a quad-camera setup at the rear with 64MP Primary+ 8MP Ultra-wide+ 5MP Macro+ 2MP depth sensors and the front selfie shooter is 32MP.

The other features include the new Z-axis vibration motor which offers better haptic feedback, 3,5mm headphone jack, NAVIC support, MIUI 11, IR blaster, and a large 5020mAh battery with 33w fast charging support via USB Type-C. The device is available in three colors including Glacier White, Interstellar Black, and Aurora Blue. The phone is also expected to launch in Pakistan within a month or two as we have previously seen the launch of the devices in Pakistan soon after they are launched in India.
